Lust Won't Last But Love Will

Lust is a lie.
Love is truth.

Lust takes more.
Love gives the most.

Lust covers up sins.
Love reveals.

Lust hates.
Love forgives.

Lust stirs up anger.
Love pacifies.

Lust satisfies for a short while.
Love lasts for a lifetime.

Am I talking about romantic love here?
A familial love? A friendship love? Or any love that comes from the world?

Absolutely, I am not...

I am talking about this expulsive power of LOVE and this is the LOVE that COMES FROM GOD.
And by the way, APART from God, we CANNOT LOVE as it says in the Bible,

"Beloved, let us love one another,
for love is from God,
and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.
Anyone who does not love
does not know God,
because God is love.
In this the love of God was made manifest among us,
that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.
In this is love,
not that we have loved God
but that he loved us
and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Beloved, if God so loved us,
we also ought to love one another.

So now WHAT?
Will we continue LUSTING?
Or will we start LOVING?
Are we willing to tap into the SOURCE of LOVE and WHO is LOVE Himself?

THE BOTTOM LINE for this:

God loves you and me UNCONDITIONALLY.
He doesn't care how the world or people define you nor me.
He loves you NO MATTER WHAT.

But the question is:
ARE YOU WILLING or even AM I WILLING TO ACCEPT HIS LOVE?
